About the Owners

Teresa Daily

Co-Owner

Hi, Teresa Daily here. I am a co-owner of BD Employment and the daughter of the co-founder of BD Employment.

I’m an Idaho native who holds a nursing degree from Boise State University. I’ve been in the nursing field for 25 years where I had the opportunity to work in medical/ surgical, occupational medicine, urgent care, family practice, and the local health department.

I belong to the Grotto Group, a business networking group where not only do we focus on strengthening the business community but working to improve the communities we live and work in.

I’m married with a combined family of four children. My oldest has blessed me with a beautiful granddaughter who is my pride and joy. In our spare time, we enjoy camping, golfing, and spending time together.

I enjoy a good glass of wine and I’m a sucker for a good romance novel.

Guadalupe "Wally" Sanchez

Co-Owner

Hello! My name is Guadalupe “Wally” Sanchez, and I am currently a co-owner of BD Employment. I have been a part of the BD Employment team for the last 7 years.

Past professions include facility manager of a local school district and facility manager of a local health department. I have certifications as a Building Operator through the Intermountain Building Operator Association (IBOA), as well as several safety certifications through OSHA.

I earned my business degree in 2007 through the University of Phoenix and I am a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps. I also serve on the Foundation Board for St. Alphonsus, as well as a Board member for IBOA.

I am a native of the great State of Idaho and enjoy all it has to offer. I am happily married to my high school sweetheart, and a father of two beautiful children. I love sports and anyone who is up for a good laugh.
